TAX SPECIALIST

Working location: Mapletree Business Centre, 1060 Nguyen Van Linh St., Dist.7, HCMCWorking time: Full- time from Monday to Friday
Tax Specialist is responsible for ensuring all of company’s tax compliance, audit and reporting requirements in Vietnam, with focus on indirect tax and VAT refund audit. Key responsibilities include:

Work with external service providers, internal function teams, and clerical staff to prepare/review and submit tax requirements
Work with stakeholders to address tax concerns, mitigate tax risks, formulate and implement process improvements
Handle routine tax activities such as review and filing of VAT declaration, Foreign Contractor Tax, and filing of Personal Income Tax
Perform other assigned tasks (ad hoc tasks) e.g. respond to query or data request from Tax authority
Support in managing refund audit
Ensure that tax relevant documents are complete, organized and stored for compliance purposes

Requirements:

CPA or equivalent is a plus
At least 1 year relevant experience, preferably in Indirect Tax and VAT refunds
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Good command in English and Vietnamese (report directly to foreign line manager)
Familiar with accounting systems (SAP), local tax regulations
Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, a team

Salary and Benefits:

100% salary in 2- month probation period.
Full insurance package as required by the Law Sign contract with Talentnet
13th month salary bonus.
Gross salary: 16- 22,000,000/month + Allowance
