Tax Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities: Supporting the tax manager and working with the regional tax team to handle the tax functions at the TTI entities in Vietnam.
Tax Compliance

Handle the tax audit events and manage the relationship with the local tax authorities.
Support the C&B team in facilitating the PIT filing for expatriate, acting as the coordinator between stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation and timely fulfillment of filing/payment obligation.
Support with Transfer pricing compliance.
Work with the tax authorities on tax data reconciliation and ad- hoc requests.
Manage tax reporting and compliances, ensure compliance with tax policy of the company and tax regulations (WHT, VAT, CIT).

Tax advisory

Daily support and provide advice to the internal stakeholders about tax matters.
Regular update/ periodic training for F&A department on tax matters.
Contract review/ expense review from tax perspective.

Tax planning

Other research/planning related to tax.
Operational model review for the TTI factories in Vietnam to ensure compliance and achieve the most effective and efficient tax/customs arrangement.

Tax health check

Periodic tax health check and/or upon request by management team.
Other tasks assigned by Finance Controller or Tax Manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadline.
Minimum 5 year experience in a multi- national organization, Big4 experience is preferrable.
Good knowledge on related Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards. Good understanding in PIT/ transfer pricing or customs is a plus.
Good communication in English
University graduated, major in tax, accounting, audit or related fields.
Good at organizing, problem solving, quality, detail and action oriented.
Good command on M.S office program especially spreadsheets and accounting system or software.
Good communication skill and be able to work with cross functions.

* Working time: Mon- Fri 7:30- 16:00
*Working Location: Currently, one day/weekwill work in Dai Dang IZ- Thu Dau Mot- Binh Duong, four days/weekwill work in District 9. From 4/2024 will relocateto District 9.We provide shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong, Dong Nai
