Tax Vice Manager

- Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process to ensure the company’s tax compliance; Identify and mitigate tax risks.
- Complete any ad hoc assignments given by the management.
- Facilitate and manage the preparation and review company tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to the management and the team.
- Provide advice to related functions to compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage members of the tax team to execute their job timely and quality.
- Provide tax training to accountants to increase their tax knowledge to ensure tax issues be identified earlier.
- Provide support with various audits and special tax related projects.

- Experience in managing the tax compliance within the group (CIT (TP), VAT, SCT, FCT declaration) & tax audit
- The flexibility and independence to work in a changing environment;
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Having at least 5 year of experience in leading the team to manage the group company tax risk
- Prefer candidate have experience of Big four CPA firm (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC and E&Y)
- Graduated in Tax, Accounting major from University.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast- paced environment;
