Teaching Quality Assurance Officer (TQA)

Quality assurance operation & training
- Support resolving emergency issues in classes when needed;
- Conduct onboard training or other necessary training for teachers when needed;
- Observe online class directly or via records as scheduled or when needed;
- Attend and conduct observations and academic ranking to candidates while attending demos
- Coordinate with the teacher in accessing suitable teaching resources; methodology, etc.
- Assign and record office tasks to teachers properly and effectively;
- Check and approve teaching hours on time;
- Coordinate to reconcile conflicts; complaints between teachers and students;
- Follow up with the teacher on completing class feedback and reports;
Process, policies, and regulation
- Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
- Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;
- Update and make necessary reports;
- Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
- Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;
- Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
Other
- Other ad hoc assignments required by Line manager.

Skills & Abilities
- Have good skills in verbal and non- verbal communication;
- Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
General & Specialist Knowledge
- English proficiency (IELTS/ TOEIC/ Other) being equivalent to C1 in CEFR Level or upwards;
- Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) is an advantage;
Education & Training
- At least Bachelor degree in English Teaching or relating majors;
Relevant Experience
- At least 01- 03 years experience in teaching and former experience in academic operation;
Special Requirements
- Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech- savvy
- Computer literacy – MS Office; G- suit; CRM, etc.
