Team Lead / Technical Lead Java Full Stack (Spring Boot, Angular/ReactJS)

Job Description:
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high- quality software.
Support the team in breaking down tasks, planning sprints, and removing blockers.
Own and review technical architecture and implementation approaches.
Work closely with Product Owners, QAs, DevOps, and UI/UX designers to clarify requirements and drive technical solutions.
Actively participate in code reviews and help improve team coding standards and practices.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable full- stack applications using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS or Angular.
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and improvements (Jenkins, Docker, etc.).
We are looking for a hands- on Team Lead / Technical Lead who will guide a team of developers while actively contributing to the design and implementation of Java- based full- stack web applications. This person will ensure the team&039;s technical alignment, support best practices, and collaborate with cross- functional teams in an Agile environment.
Identify areas for improvement in the development process and propose solutions.
Support the onboarding of junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing

Required skills/Experience:

07+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical/team leadership role.
Hands- on experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
Proficient in Java Spring Boot, RESTful API development.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international stakeholders.
Experience working with SQL databases and performance tuning.
Solid front- end experience with ReactJS or Angular.
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software architecture patterns.
Good English communication (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
