* Main purpose of the position
The Central Logistics data analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to various warehouse and logistics activities. This role mainly focuses on managing and optimizing data processes.
* Job responsibilities:
**Data Accuracy Oversight: **
Implement rigorous checks and controls to maintain the integrity of inventory data, collaborating with team members to rectify any discrepancies promptly.
Ensure the precise recording of finished goods/empty goods and other relevant goods under the warehouse control.
**Information system & Productivity Management: **
Take charge of updating and maintaining the ERP system, ensuring real- time and accurate documentation of goods received, inventory movements, and order fulfillments.
Process the report relating to forecast sales by daily, weekly, monthly... to provide timely recommendations so that the operations teams can prepare timely loading, transportation, OT plans and warehouse capacity.
Manage the flow of information and inventory to ensure traecebility of all products along the supply chain.
Process the analytical reports in terms of monthly logistics score card about logistics productivity (warehouse capacity, fork- lift utilization, return to sales...)
Work closely with IT and ERP specialists to optimize data workflows and troubleshoot any system- related issues.
Synthesize warehouse diagram reports- control FIFO management from warehouses- DCs- to have a visual view products shelf life- Inventory value- Inventory turnover...
Lead the WMS and TMS project
**Pallet and Empty Tracking: **
Manage the comprehensive tracking of plastic pallets, empty returnable overseeing their movement in and out of the warehouse and updating relevant records accordingly.
Implement strategies to minimize losses and enhance overall management efficiency.
**Analytical Insights: **
Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators, highlighting trends and potential areas for improvement.
Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI skills... to extract actionable insights from data, enabling informed decision- making by stakeholders.
**Statistical Analysis (Plus): **
If proficient in statistics or R coding, apply these skills to conduct in- depth data analyses, uncovering patterns and correlations that contribute to enhanced warehouse/logistics operations.
