Team Leader/Investment Analysis Manager

Acting as a bridge between VNDIRECT and customers as well as the investment community.
Implementing periodic industry and stock analysis reports (reports, models, coverage)
Managing a team of 2- 4 investment analysts covering the industry sectors
Ensuring quality of work from team members
Coaching and training the assigned analysts to develop their skills
Developing domain expertise in an assigned group of 2- 3 related industry sectors
Assistant Manager Level: Presenting investment ideas and answering questions to retail customers and domestic/foreign financial institutions
Ensuring that team members adhere to production schedules
Manager Level: To be well regarded in the market as an expert in the assigned sectors with frequent presentations to financial institutions and retail customers

Education

Bachelor and above

Professional certificates

CFA preferable

Experience

Manager: more than 10 years research experience
Assistant Manager: more than 6 years research experience;

Workskills

Fundamental analysis
English (fluently)
Identify investment pattems and trends
Building a business model and due diligence

This position can be located in either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City
