Responsibilities
• Address technical challenges and issues promptly. Utilize your problem- solving skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Present technical concepts and project updates confidently to stakeholders and team members. Maintain a positive mindset and strong communication skills.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3- 5 members. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness and professional growth.
• Create and review design documents, ensuring that system architectures and technical designs meet project requirements and standards.
• Plan and estimate tasks, allocate assignments based on team members’ skills and task complexity. Coordinate and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Skilled in estimating, planning, and assigning tasks. Ability to coordinate with other teams to meet project goals.
• More than 4 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proven experience leading a small team, with the ability to guide, motivate, and evaluate team members effectively.
• Experience working with Japanese customers is advantageous but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito), and familiarity with AWS cloud services.
• Design Documentation: Experience in creating and managing technical design documents.
• Excellent presentation skills and a positive, proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
