Team Leader (.NET) - Fintech- Up to 3000$

• Manage a squad team of 8- 15 members, including FE/BE engineers, BAs, and Manual/Automation QCs.
• Coordinate with SA for technical and solution evaluations.
• Control and facilitate agile activities, including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand- ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure the application&039;s quality, security, and performance through code reviews and tuning.
• Handle conflict resolution and performance management within the squad team
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to PM and clients.

• At least Three years of experience developing cloud- based or distributed applications using
Dotnet 6 (.NET 6) or above and Entity Framework.
• Strong problem- solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Hands- on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerized environment (Kubernetes).
• Ability to work in a fast- paced, collaborative environment.
• At least three years of experience in team management.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a software development team.
• Hands- on experience with API design and message- oriented systems.
Highly Recommendations:
• Experience in leveraging Elastic Stack for logging/searching/distributed tracing and monitoring.
• Owning knowledge or experience in the financial sectors, especially dealing with stocks, mutual and pension funds.
• Experience in handling and optimizing concurrency problems in high- traffic web applications.
• Experience in Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Blob, Azure SQL, Application Gateway, and Service Bus.
