Team Leader/Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Hybrid)

We are looking for Teamleader/Senior Ruby on Rails Developers to join with us who will be responsible for advanced web development and delivery of complex software solutions from concept and design to completion; providing architectural guidance to developers, and stakeholders; delivering business value to business users by helping to deliver solutions that are based on current and future clients’ objectives.
Responsibilities and duties:

Other duties as deemed necessary and as assigned by the line manager.
Guide and mentor other team members.
Ensure the adherence of developers to design and build standards; ensure the usage of efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Provide high level troubleshooting support as needed to address end user experience problems and functionality errors for the projects participating in and follow up and support projects that team members participate in.
Design, develop, and maintain client webs.
Quickly and efficiently identify solutions to complex solution code problems.
Provide guidance on the adoption of new technologies and adherence to best practice.
Manage other members to ensure the progress and quality of work.
Continuously monitor and update web content to include dynamic and interactive functionality, data, features, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

Ability to research, catching up and learning new technology
Good knowledge of relational databases.
In depth understanding of object- oriented programming.
More than 4 years of working experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails.
Graduated from university with a technology- related degree.
Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of front- end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery...

Hybrid working (remote 2 days per week)
Training: Internal seminars and online courses
Working time: 8:00- 17:00 from Monday to Friday
