Tech Lead ( Fullstack/ JavaScript/ Java/ React Native)

Innovation & Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
Technical Leadership: Define and implement the technical architecture, technology stack, and development processes.

Hands- on Development: Lead the technical development of the TeenCare app, writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Ownership & Autonomy: Take full ownership of projects and drive them from concept to completion.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup or fast- paced environment.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in [e.g., JavaScript, React Native, NextJs, NestJs, NodeJs, Python, Java etc.], with experience in full- stack development.
Startup Spirit: Enthusiasm for building products from scratch, with a can- do attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty.
Leadership Potential: Ambition to grow into a CTO/CPO role, with a passion for mentoring and leading a team.
