Tech Lead Java

We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Lead Java to lead a development team in delivering high- quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Java, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record in team leadership, project estimation, and technical architecture.
This role involves both hands- on coding and guiding a development team through complex technical challenges, third- party integrations, and best practices in software engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
Proven experience (5+ years) in Java development, including Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java- based applications.
Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
Requirements: Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for a team of Java developers.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices. Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
Stay up- to- date with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualification

Solid knowledge of clean code principles and modern software development practices.
5+ years of hands- on experience in software development, strong Java
Ability to manage multiple third- party integrations and guide stakeholders on best practices.
Proven experience in leading software development teams or acting as a technical team lead.
Experience in technical project estimation and high- level architecture design.
Self- motivated, detail- oriented, and capable of working in a fast- paced environment.
Strong understanding of API development, system integration, and database design.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Knowledge or experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or MuleSoft.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
