Your Mission

Tech Lead is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. Tech Lead works with Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources. Using an active and practical approach, the Tech Lead will direct all employees in tech department to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan.

Your Challenges

Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
Works in a consultative manner with other department heads, such as marketing, product and Business Development as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide leadership to department heads in terms that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
Acts as a good steward of Hello Health Group resources and ensures control of IT departmental budgets.
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Acting as a mentor to team members
Show hands on approach to solve problems

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience as a Tech Lead/Head of Engineering or similar leadership role
Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Advanced English language is mandatory
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving attitude
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Backend development: PHP specifically WordPress, Laravel Framework 5.3+
Frontend development: JavaScript (Jquery and/or React JS), HTML, CSS (bootstrap), Node JS, Elasticsearch, React
Database: SQL and relational database management, specifically MySQL, NOSQL like MongoDB.
Basic knowledge about Unix, Linux server, Ngnix , Apach
