Tech Leader

We are searching for an innovative technical lead to join our company. As the technical lead, you will oversee the company’s technical team and all projects they undertake, analyze briefs, write progress reports, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.

• Lead an engineering team of 5 members to develop and maintain excellent products.


• Proactively discuss and consult the Product Owners, Marketing team to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.


• Collaborate with other responsible people for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest move architecture.


• Manage and support team members to become a high performing engineering team.


• Coach engineers to adopt best practices


• Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices


• Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing code, writing design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed.

• Understanding of blockchain concepts and experience working with blockchain platforms like Ethereum or Aptos.


• At least experience 1 year at same position


• Familiarity with smart contract development using Solidity or Move languages.


• Knowledge of Web3.js or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks.


• Understanding of decentralized finance protocols and concepts, such as lending, borrowing, decentralized exchanges, and yield farming.


• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• English: good at reading technical texts, medium at writing.
