Techlead (Fullstack Developer, NextJs & NestJs)

Client Communication & Project Management

Progress reporting: Deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports to clients, including status updates, completed deliverables, and upcoming milestones
Project planning: Create detailed project timelines, milestone definitions, and resource allocation plans
Direct client interaction: Communicate daily with international clients to gather project requirements, clarify specifications, and maintain strong business relationships
Requirements analysis: Translate client needs into clear technical specifications and actionable development tasks

Team Leadership & Management

Team coordination: Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and professional development support to junior and mid- level developers
Task delegation: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them effectively across team members based on skills and capacity
Performance monitoring: Track individual and team productivity while maintaining high code quality standards

Technical Leadership

Code review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
Architecture decisions: Design and oversee the technical architecture of projects using NestJS and NextJS frameworks
Quality assurance: Implement and maintain testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment procedures
Technology evaluation: Research and recommend new tools, libraries, and methodologies to improve development efficiency

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and modern web development practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Minimum 4 years of hands- on experience with NestJS framework for backend development
Minimum 4 years of hands- on experience with NextJS framework for frontend development
Experience with database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, and containerization
Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design

Communication & Leadership Skills

Proven experience in client- facing roles with international customers
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience managing development teams (3+ developers)

Professional Experience

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
At least 2 years in a leadership or senior developer role
Minimum 6 years of overall software development experience
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of mobile development (React Native or similar)
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with additional frameworks/technologies (React, Vue.js, Express.js)
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
Previous experience working with international clients in different time zones
