Operational Excellence: Improve product and engineering processes (prioritization frameworks, discovery rituals, code/release practices, retrospectives) to increase velocity and reduce risk.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly present progress, risks, and outcomes to founders and stakeholders; align on priorities and trade- offs.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure product launches, GTM messaging, and customer onboarding succeed.
Product Strategy (Leadership Collaboration): Work closely with the leadership team to define product strategy and roadmap, aligning product goals with company objectives and GTM priorities.
Execution & Delivery: Manage delivery cadence, remove blockers, and ensure high- quality releases that meet business and technical criteria.
Design & Engineering Ownership: Design the product system and own everything engineering- related — architecture decisions, technical trade- offs, and operational readiness.
AI / LLM Product Delivery: Own the internal implementation of LLM- based features — collaborate with ML engineers on model selection, fine- tuning, evaluation, performance, and safe deployment (no external partnerships required).
Engineering Team Management: Manage and grow engineering teams; hire, mentor, and set strong engineering practices and delivery cadence.
Product Outcome Ownership: Own the outcome of the product — define success, measure impact, and be accountable for customer value and business results.

Prioritization & Execution: Demonstrated strength in prioritizing high- impact work, scoping MVPs, and shipping with limited resources.
Culture Fit: Collaborative, experiment- driven, pragmatic, and comfortable in a fast- moving startup environment.
Education: Degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or equivalent experience preferred (not required).
LLM Familiarity: Experience working with LLMs in product contexts — model evaluation, latency/cost trade- offs, safety/guardrails, and integration in user flows.
Experience: 5+ years in product or engineering leadership roles, with at least 2 years managing cross- functional teams for B2B or SaaS products.
Product & Technical Mindset: Strong background owning product strategy through execution and comfortable making technical trade- offs; bonus if you have prior experience with feedback, analytics, or ML/LLM- enabled products.
Leadership & Communication: Able to hire, coach, and motivate teams; excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders at all levels.
