Technical Admin - Engineering (Open for Fresher)

Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Maintain and manage relevant technical databases in an organized manner.
Provide administrative supports to all departments within the organization in technical matters.
Translate of on- demand documents.
Provide periodical reports for Engineering department and Sales.

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Good prioritizing, organization and communication skills
Proven work experience related to Technical Clerk, Administration or Customer Service…
English skills is equivalent to TOEIC 500 (at least)
Have programming skill is a plus (C, VBA, VB.NET, Python,...)
Teamwork, autonomy, carefulness, detail and customer- oriented
Integrity, trustful, positive thinking, open- minded and ability to work under pressure
