Technical Advisory Services Executive

Objective of the function:
• Provide quality technical service to brands and customer, support Sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of Amann offer by conducting the technical training, seminar, thread and sewing condition recommendation, technical onsite support to Amann’s customer
Main responsibilities:
• Manage & maintain lab equipment (Sewing & Embroidery machine)
• Day to day interaction with the sales person to ensure that everybody works in the same goals
• Training the sales team on the technicalities of threads, machine applications
• Promoting the Company top of the line products to customers by using the Technical Advisory Support concept.
• Using high level of technical input to build very strong business relationships with development/ production/ quality assurance personnel in customer organization
• Conducting thread & machine audit, training programs, workshops, consumption analysis, coming under Amann sewing & embroidery solutions
• Managing technical support in sewing and embroidery solutions
• Advising complaint handling guidance/ assistance for the sales/ QA whenever required
• Delivering technical presentations & conduct technical seminars to key customers as well as brands in order to build a strong image for Amann technical services
• Supporting new product launch and penetration in the market place

Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:
• Computer, Microsoft words and excel skill
• Chinese speaking is plus
• At least 5- year experience in garment/textile, leather & shoes industry or related industry with experience in product development, production
• Fluently in communication & negotiation, presentation skills (both English & Vietnamese)
• Willing to travel (Vietnam and oversea)
• Experience in Leather & Shoes industry is plus
• University degree/college in garment/textile or related field
