Technical Architect Java (Hybrid)

Guide and mentor development teams on complex Java projects and technological implementations.
Define and maintain coding standards and best practices for Java development.
Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the architecture as appropriate.
Collaborate with project teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the technological strategies align with business goals.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure code quality and efficiency.
Resolve technical issues that arise during the development lifecycle.
Design and oversee the construction of software architecture for various Java- based applications across the organization.

Essential Skills

Expertise in Java, JEE, and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Strong understanding of API design and management tools.
Experience with databases, both relational (like PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (such as MongoDB, Cassandra).
Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architecture.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Experience in a cloud environment, especially with providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of front- end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React) is advantageous.
