Technical BA Leader (Experience with Odoo)

Design and launch modules into the Odoo ERP systems.
Control the quality of the product.
Stay up- to- date with emerging technologies, software trends, and advancements in the beauty and aesthetic medical manufacturing industry, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Work as a project member.
Document software specifications, user manuals, and technical guides to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including product development, design, and medical professionals, to understand requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
Research and propose solutions to optimize features on assigned systems.
Bridge data between the business team and the developer team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards relevant to software development in the medical field.

Yêu cầu công việc

Over 2 years of experience with Odoo in implementing ERP/CRM.
Experience with in- house development, creating healthy, long- lifetime, and well- designed software for customers, as opposed to outsourcing companies.
Good English communication skills (both written and speaking).
Having knowledge of business analysis.
Preferred: candidate is able to work immediately.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required (Master&039;s degree preferred).
