Technical Designer For Unique Furniture

We are currently looking to recruit a Technical Designer to join our team in the Vietnam. You will be an integrated in the Technical Department responsible with main responsibilities in R&D task, creating various designs, assembly instruction, drawings. Moreover, you will be responsible for setting up and building the bridge between our vendors to make sure products are designed to meet customer requirements and expectations, follow all standards and regulations of the delivery market, same time designs are matching production set up, competitive in the furniture field, price point and in quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Development team on new product ideas (R&D).
Create and manage technical documentation such as:
• 2D and 3D Product Drawings using SolidWorks.
• Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Packing instructions.
• Assembly Instructions.
Ensure all products meet:
• Production feasibility.
• Competitive pricing and high quality.
• Market regulations.
• Customer expectations.
Liaise with Quality Control (QC) teams and manufacturers during mass production to ensure:
• All technical files are correctly shared and understood.
• Ongoing quality assurance is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
• All swatches and product specifications are reviewed and approved.
Support the development of environmentally friendly designs using sustainable materials and customer- centric solutions. Bridge the gap between design and manufacturing through clear communication and technical accuracy.
