Technical Development Executive - Tan Phu, HCMC

Overview of duties: To be in charge of technical development initiatives and drive innovation across the organization to spearhead new technologies, methodologies, and processes that align with Eurofins&039; business objectives.
General duties:
Innovation:

Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with Eurofins&039; business goals.
Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the organization.

Technical Development:

Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into Eurofins&039; operations.
Oversee the technical development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.
Collaborate with R&D teams to drive the development of new testing methodologies and technologies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including Research and Development, Operations, and Sales, to ensure seamless implementation of technical advancements.
Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to enhance Eurofins&039; technical capabilities.

Resource Management:

Provide leadership and direction to a team of scientists, engineers, and other technical professionals.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for technical innovations.
Ensure that all technical developments meet Eurofins&039; quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for innovation.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and regulatory changes affecting Eurofins&039; technical landscape.

Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical development efforts with business objectives.
English fluently in 4 skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of laboratory testing, diagnostics, and related technologies.
1- 2 year in testing lab
Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Eurofins&039; operations.
At least Master degree in Organic chemistry
