Mô tả công việc


  • Managing the entire technical staffs to develop and operate OTT's products. Strategic planning for technical, human resources (technical) for each phase in the short, medium and long term, including budgeting for the entire technical segment.
  • Orienting to develop and operate VSN, OTT, BigData, Storage, CDN and Adnetwork application systems.
  • Organizing management and supervision of the entire product development process.
  • Managing IT budget, ensuring the efficiency and conformity with the company's product development strategy.
  • Building a technical team.
  • Working with strategic partners on technical technology. Participate in assessing and selecting the right partner for the job needs.
  • Researching and applying new technologies / solutions to optimize the system over time.
  • Work at OTT Platform Company.

Yêu cầu công việc


  • At least 5 years' experience in managing a technical team.
  • Experience in developing and operating scalable, high CCU systems.
  • Experience in developing products related to streaming video, big data and / or Adnetwork is an advantage.
  • English communication and reading comprehension documents.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of system security.
  • Knowledge of management systems / product development management such as: Jira, Redmine.
  • Understanding the process of developing Agile / SCRUM products, Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Google Cloud, Docker • Knowledge of CI / CD system.
