* Specialized knowledge/education:
- Requiring a thorough knowledge of a vocational area

- University degree in Mechanical design or similar fields (such as Automotive, Electric, Electronic, Automation, Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineering)
- Vocational / technical training usually acquired within six months to one year
