YOUR JOBS:

Receive tasks from managers/leaders and execute them according to the required plan/timeline
Report, and update progress after completing tasks or when facing issues that require consultation

Technical Standard:

Make sure engineers follow exactly the standard of building products suitable for each brand, saving time in production, and enhancing the personal skills of the team.

Problem- Solving Skills:

Technical consultation and problem- solving to ensure production progress

Manufacturing Process:

Follow up with the Process Team to update machinery knowledge to get proper drawing.

Improvement:

Implement processes for continuous improvement in Production with higher efficiency and improve production to get products manufactured faster.

Material Optimization:

Research and implement alternative materials that contribute to cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality and sustainability standards.

ERP System:

Always follow other tasks as arranged and assigned by the Supervisor / HOD
Update photo/ information/ video to Odoo Task daily

Drawing:

Build the Product drawing with the standards, code and instruction by leaders.

Proficient in Inventor/SolidWorks/CAD software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Bachelor&039;s or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
Carefully, enthusiastic, highly responsible, proactive, and supportive.
Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Exceptional decision- making skills in strategic and operational contexts.
In- depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Analytic thinking, patience, integrity.
Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Strong knowledge of technology and trends in the furniture field.
Above 0- 3 years of relevant work experience
