Technical Finishing Manager

Make sure all panel have been approved as needed
Provide Technical support on each area, to make sure production running smoothly
Review the customer request and make sure it friendly and efficiency in production
Revisit all old process to see anywhere on material and process to improve the quality, speed up process and material cost reduction
Control and approve the system sheet
Manage the finishing sample workshop according to the Quality, Cost and delivery requested by the customer
Make sure all the material is up to date for productions running
Make sure all first Off products are created for production reference
Lead, organize, manage, direct and control the finishing technical team
Develop any new method / technically to improve cost and quality
Review the customer request and make sure it friendly and efficiency in production
Create procedures and Work Instructions to stabilize and improve the Quality and efficiency of the finishing processes and production
Manage the team to create all the necessary material for production according to the production planning
