Technical Lead/ SA Frontend (ReactJS)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves both hands- on coding and guiding a development team through complex technical challenges, third- party integrations, and best practices in software engineering
We are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Lead ReactJS to lead a development team in delivering high- quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ReactJS, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record in team leadership, project estimation, and technical architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong leadership, problem- solving, and communication skills.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ReactJS- based applications.
Requirements: Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for a team of ReactJS developers.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, etc.).
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Stay up- to- date with emerging technologies and propose relevant improvements.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
Proven experience (5+ years) in ReactJS development, including Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.

Basic Qualification

Experience in technical project estimation and high- level architecture design.
Strong understanding of API development, system integration, and database design.
Proven experience in leading software development teams or acting as a technical team lead.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Self- motivated, detail- oriented, and capable of working in a fast- paced environment.
Solid knowledge of clean code principles and modern software development practices.
5+ years of hands- on experience in software development, strong ReactJS.
Ability to manage multiple third- party integrations and guide stakeholders on best practices.

Nice to have

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge or experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or MuleSoft.
