Technical Leader

Technical Leadership:

Drive the technical vision, architecture, and design of software solutions.

Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand business requirements and align technical solutions.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and other teams.

Technical Skills:

Willingness to learn additional technologies like Python, PHP, etc.
Proficient in .Net Core and ReactJS development.
Experience in code review and ensuring code quality.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

Leadership Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams.
Ability to mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
