Technical Leader (AI, Java, Python)

Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure for server- side design and development
Understand business goals and provide technical solutions to contribute to business success
Lead the generative AI development project, responsible for project planning, progress management, and quality control of deliverables
Provide technical guidance and training to team members, managing motivation to achieve high performance
Perform basic and detailed design for AI and machine learning projects, providing technical leadership

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project progression

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as an engineer with extensive knowledge and skills
Deep understanding of server- side design and development (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Experience in team management with demonstrated leadership skills
Experience in basic and detailed design with high technical proficiency
High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and the ability to work on international projects
Proven experience in AI development with a track record of successful project completion
Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to business success from a technical perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading Generative AI projects
Expertise in data science and machine learning
Advanced programming skills (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
Experience leading large- scale AI projects

Experience in startup companies
