TECHNICAL LEADER (C++, Frontend, .NET, PHP, AWS)

Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Ensure the delivery of high- quality software products that meet project objectives and deadlines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using C++, frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular), .NET, PHP, and cloud platforms (AWS).
Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.

Experience working with Japanese customers.
Proficiency in C++, frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue),Backend development (.NET, PHP), and cloud platforms (AWS).
Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Good in English for daily communication with clients.
Experience managing projects and delivering results on time.
Degree of IT (Bachelor, Associate)Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Senior Developer.
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Japanese: ~ N3 is a plus
