Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor frontend and backend development teams.
Facilitate collaboration across functions to drive innovation and efficiency.
Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Ensure team alignment with the technical goals and milestones of projects.
Evaluate project progress and adjust processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and project direction while not necessarily diving deep into code.
Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for team members and conduct regular KPI reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to provide technical leadership and strategic direction without deep technical specialization in all underlying technologies.
Proven experience in leading technical teams in a software development environment.
