Technical Leader (Golang/NodeJs) - Up To 1.2B A Year

In this role, you will work closely with the product, design, and marketing teams to help expand the business nationally and improve our healthcare products&039; activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
We’re looking for a Technical Leader to shape the engineering teams behind Healthcare’s digital experience and brand. You will manage and grow a strong team of developers, build relationships with stakeholders and other teams, and champion our vision to build a first-in-class healthcare experience.

Job Description
Your responsibilities:

Demonstrate a mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, verbal agility, and diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of engineers and product management leaders
Own the delivery of OKRs, work with the product team to define KPIs and meet SLAs
Build beautiful experiences using progressive technologies and patterns
Lead and deliver patient and provider facing features for the provider and patient portal
Mentor engineers while allowing team members to shine

Lead a full stack development directly delivering value to patients and providers using technologies like Node.js, Typescript, Go, Kafka, Microservices, REST, AWS, Kotlin, etc. Does not need experience in all technologies.

GitHub actions is our CI/CD service.
The frontend is built by ReactJS and micro-frontend.
Managed Postgres with Cloud SQL.
We write test by Java
Datadog handles our metrics, Sentry logs exceptions.
Test management with X-Ray
Automation Test Framework: BDD (Cucumber) and Cypress/Playwright
Services are dockerized and scheduled by Kubernetes.
gRPC is our common service language. GraphQL is provided for clients.
GCP is our platform for all custom application development and services.
Current languages of choice are Golang (new services) and Kotlin (legacy).

Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience in estimating test activities and deliverable
Good knowledge in testing, and quality product mindset.
Experience with Microservices Architecture, CI/CD Pipeline, Docker, Containerization, Google Cloud Platform…
Experience with the Agile development process
Good at English written and spoken.
Solid and strong at least one programming languages such as Golang, Kotlin, Javascript…
Experience in Web full-stack development.
Have experience/knowledge in managing teams, create the report
Carefulness and logical thinking
Effectively manage time and individually prioritize assignments
