With over 30 high- level R&D employees dedicated to AI system development and more than 350 management and programming staff, the company’s work scope and level are fundamentally equivalent to Japan’s largest software companies like NEC and Fujitsu.
The parent company was established in 2001. It is the largest professional AI system upgrade company in Japan. The System Reform technology experiences an average annual growth rate of 30%. The clientele consists of over 30% of the top 200 companies in Japan and worldwide.
To meet the demands of expanding business and venturing into the European and American markets, the company was established. The company’s current projects mainly come from Japanese clients, and in the near future, additional projects from clients in Europe, America, and other regions will be added. The goal is to establish the company as the world’s premier AI system upgrade provider.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement architecture modules and functions under the unified arrangement of managers.
Assist the project manager in solving technical problems and completing other technical tasks arranged by the department manager.
Manage technical throughout the project and help team members overcome technical issues.
Participate in the selection of the project architecture, cooperate in the design of the project architecture, solve technical problems that arise during the development of the project, provide guidance, optimize performance indicators, and implement the design of the architecture.
REQUIREMENTS:
2 or more years of technical management experience
Familiar with domain modeling and proficient use in architectural analysis and design.
Familiar with design principles, related technologies, and performance tuning of mainstream database systems such as DB2, Oracle, Postegre, MySql, and SqlServer.
Priority will be given to hiring people with Japanese development experience.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above in computer or related major (5 years or more work experience).
Familiar with JAVA language analysis and design methods and excellent logical ability.
Serious and responsible work attitude, able to endure difficulties, work hard, and pay attention to teamwork.
Priority will be given to hiring people with Cobol development experience.
Good English communication about speaking, Japanese/Chinese is an advantage.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
1 round of technical skill test and interview with CEO.
