Job Overview:
We’re expanding our Engineering team and looking for a hands- on Technical Leader who is passionate about building scalable, high- performing products while guiding a growing engineering team. This is a 70% coding / 30% leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in both deep tech and people development.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Act as a technical lead for the team: set standards, perform code reviews, and mentor less experienced engineers;
Design scalable architecture for high- availability systems;
Continuously improve code quality, scalability, and performance.
Provide material and constructive feedback on the work of SWE and Sr. SWE;
Own and deliver end- to- end features from concept to production (backend + frontend);
Assign tasks, oversee delivery, and drive execution within the engineering team;
Qualifications and Skills:
Must to Have
Strong problem- solving skills and clean coding practices;
Solid understanding and hands- on experience with React.js;
Experience in modern design patterns, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab and RESTful API;
Strong familiarity with large- scale microservices architecture;
Comfortable providing feedback and mentoring junior to senior developers;
Proven track record with 5+ years in fullstack development and 1+ year leading engineering teams in product- based companies;
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer/Information Technology or IT- related major;
Experience in building highly available, performing and scalable clustered services CI/CD tools.
Nice to have
Experience with fullstack frameworks (Meteor.js, Remix);
Familiarity with AI tools or models.
