JOB DESCRIPTION:
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standards.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings/code review to discuss improvements.
Keeping up- to- date with industry trends and developments.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Managing a team Determining project requirements, providing technical directions (technology selection, system design, approach,...) and technical support/ assistance of software developers towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Interviewing and selecting team members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
3 years of experience in a similar role.
Very good at minimum one of programming language: Reactjs or Nodejs
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Effective verbal communication in English with Clients.
Good communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have:
Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in software engineer, computer science.
Ability of project management is a plus.
