Manage and assign work to employees of the Technical- Maintenance department to always work effectively, and reputablely and ensure the quality of assigned work is always completed well.
Be the contact point and handle work according to the requirements of customers and the company
Ensure maintenance is on schedule, reasonable, scientific, and cost- effective.
Ensuring machinery systems, equipment, other assets at offices, warehouses, projects and customers operate stably and well.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical management – maintenance & upkeep:
Proactively resolve incidents related to technical issues within the scope of assigned tasks- Record all arising issues related to technical systems and promptly inform relevant parties.
Manage technical systems of machinery, equipment and other assets at offices, warehouses, projects and customers to operate stably and well.
Organize regular system inspections of offices, stores, projects, and customers to ensure systems operate effectively and are maintained and repaired according to standards and deadlines.
Prepare operation and maintenance plans on schedule as well as comply with the manufacturer&039;s or consultant&039;s recommendations. Ensure that work related to the maintenance and upkeep of technical systems is carried out properly, reasonably, scientifically, cost- effectively.
Document and asset management:
Store materials and manage assets related to technical systems.
Plan annual costs for issues related to technical operations of offices, stores, projects or company facilities such as costs for supplies and tools for replacement and repair, costs for maintenance services from contractors and renovation and upgrading costs...
Manage documents related to technical systems of offices, stores, projects, company facilities: documents, drawings, machinery records device.
3 Human resource management and training:
Make the department&039;s monthly/weekly/daily work plan and deploy it
Manage a team of Technical staff including assigning work, monitoring and evaluating work results.
Evaluate employee capacity and make training plans based on actual capacity to improve skills and work efficiency.
Directly participate in troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of machinery when needed
Set up and manage records of all company machinery and equipment
Research and propose solutions for troubleshooting and maintenance to increase the operating life of machinery systems
Assign work to technicians to complete assigned tasks
