Technical Platform Owner

This Technical Platform Owner position is responsible for the Company’s internal Customer Data Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for platform operations and platform health reporting as well as unblocking technical issues and contributing to the development roadmap. They will report to the Chief Data Officer.

Contribute to the development roadmap and analyses of the platform.
Lead the documentation and knowledge management of the platform.
Accountable for operational processes including access management, data quality, and incident handling. The candidate will work with responsible parties across technology, product and business departments.
Unblocking technical issues and facilitating communications between users and developers of the platform.
Report and provide insight on platform health, strengths and weaknesses.

Strong stakeholder management and task management.
Experience in product or project management in IT companies or digital products.
Proficiency in data analysis or software engineering is a strong advantage.
Degree in a technology or numerical discipline is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and information processing.
