Technical Presales Manager

Technical Support: Provide pre- sales technical support, answering customer inquiries, and addressing concerns about product functionality and compatibility
Solution Presentations: Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of the company&039;s offerings
Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, case studies, and technical specifications
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to assess their requirements and challenges
Technical: Develop an in- depth understanding of the company&039;s products or services and stay up- to- date with industry trends and technologies
Proof of Concept (PoC): Collaborate with customers to design and execute PoCs to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors&039; offerings and market trends
Customization: Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities
Product Knowledge Transfer: Work with the product team. Then train sales teams on the technical aspects of products or services

Yêu cầu công việc

Customer- focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Familiarity with sales processes and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams.
Strong problem- solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer- friendly language.
3+ years of experience in Presale Manager along with 5+ years of Tech sales, customer success, or a similar role experience, preferably in the Fintech industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g: Computer Science, Engineering) is often preferred.
Proven experience in a technical role, such as software engineering, architecture solution, technical support.
Understanding about Banking language and flows.
Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning topics
Experience with Banking & Financial B2B products, especially payment/ credit transfer solutions.
Experience in managing KYC process or Fraud Risk management for customer onboarding
