Technical Procurement Officer

Track orders and determine delivery times and costs.
Plan and prioritize shopping activities.
Evaluate order plans, issue purchase requisitions, manage the selection process.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Track order status, be ready for shortage or backlog issues, contact relevant departments directly.
Ensure orders comply with the agreements in the contract; Report results to management.
Review, update and maintain orders until closing.

Creative, trend analysis.
Good English (obligatory).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, proactively and under pressure.
Extensive knowledge of commodities and market prices.
Bachelor in Economics, Commerce, Foreign Languages ​​or equivalent majors.
At least 2 years of working experience in the field of Purchasing, Import-Export.
Proficient in office computers and management software.
Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
