Technical Project Manager

Conduct project reporting, ensure that the change management and control processes comply with the project management standards and procedures of GalaxyOne Project Management Office.
Assure project quality.
Plan and implement the design, development and delivery of approved projects / programs, including: analyzing project requirements, planning product development; controlling, monitoring project progress, ensuring the project is completed on schedule, guiding compliance with the process and regulations during project implementation.
Identify, manage, and control financial and operational risks and issues that affect the project / program under management;
Integrate activities through identifying and managing interdependencies to ensure projects are well aligned;
Lead project members from both internal and/ or external various departments to effectively complete projects / programs;

Sharp, proactive, high critical thinking.
At least 3 years of experience in managing projects under Agile / Scrum model (Prefer candidates with experience in managing Web, Native App, CMS projects)
Bachelor&039;s degree or master&039;s degree in IT, Project Management or related fields.
Ability to read and write English well.
Ability to research, analyze, and learn well.
Good presentation, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills.
Candidates with certification in Scrum / Agile project management are preferred.
Good access to technology.
