Technical Sale Engineer/ Manager ( Elevator, Lift, Escalator)

Respond to clients&039; projects and management board in a timely manner to avoid issues with completion
Effectively communicate company and installation needs with general contractors, property managers, subcontractors and building owners to drive completion effectiveness and customer success.
Provide feedback on progress toward financial goals to the GD
Work as a team with the sales and operations departments to provide seamless deliveries of a final product to the customer at expected margins.
Manage high profile elevator projects from start to finish, including contract approval documents, change order management, billing, close-out documents to ensure a quality and profitable delivery.
Attend required job site meetings with clients and provide updated schedules as appropriate.

Have a minimum of 2years of construction/project management experience - elevator experience is strongly desired.
Read and understand specifications, blueprints, contracts and other construction related documents
Understand principals of cost estimating, scheduling and contract administration
Understand the financial components of various construction projects
Effective communication and teamwork attitude
Bachelor&039;s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, mechanical, electrical or technical background
