Technical Sales / Sales Manager North Vietnam Schell

• Other tasks as assigned.
• Identify and develop distributors/importers for SCHELL products.
• Develop the distribution channels for installation products (angle valves, connection valves) and project products (fittings, WC- urinal flush, commercial showers, etc.)
• Conduct product and technical trainings for the clients
• Use of CRM to document all training and site visit activities.
• Identify new customers including research to confirm the market potential, key competitors and consumer trends.
• Provide after- sales and technical problem- solving service to sales team, project.

• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Good PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good technical background (technician or engineer), ideally in the sanitary or in the construction (e.g. building services)
• Loyal and honest
• Understanding of plumbing and architectural needs like CAD, BIM , etc.
• Experience in retail and project in sanitary sector (e.g. fittings, pipes, bathroom ceramics, processes, etc.)
• Experience in tendering and specifications
• Problem- solving skill
• Good appearance, rhetoric and negotiating skills
• Good command of English, secure in the local language (also dialects)
• Age: 25- 45, also junior candidates can be considered
• Good commercial understanding/education
