Technical Sales Support Engineer

• Work with customers to understand their requirements and develop the best technical solutions to offer.
Làm việc với khách hàng để nắm bắt các yêu cầu của khách hàng để đưa ra giải pháp kỹ thuật cho khách hàng.
• Work with sales team and Business partner to professionally represent the company product and solution at a customer, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a proposal/ quotation.
Phối hợp với nhân viên kinh doanh và đối tác/ hãng sản xuất để giới thiệu các sản phẩm và giải pháp của Công ty tới khách hàng, tìm hiểu, thu thập thông tin cần thiết để làm đề xuất phương án kỹ thuật.
• Prepare Quotation/ Bid Proposal for possible solution to offer to customer
Chuẩn bị Báo giá/ Hồ sơ đề xuất cho khách hàng.
• Contract and Project implementation and support.
Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong việc triển khai và thực hiện Hợp đồng.
• Technical Support and After Sale Service.
Thực hiện hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và dịch vụ sau bán hàng.
• Additional duties may be assigned, as required.
Các công việc khác liên quan theo yêu cầu và được phân công.

To be trained in local or aboard by international business partners
SALARY: Negotiation
