JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing instructions and guidance to solving queries that relate to products for end- users and dealers.
Providing frequently technical training to dealers and company’ service centers.
Other support as assigned by managers.
In- charge of technical support for Panasonic’ aqua product category.
Controlling the product’s quality and reporting for all quality matter received from market.

Background of water treatment, water supplement...is advantage.
Specializing in design, installation and service of water solution/purification is preferable.
University graduated.
Good communication skills (both in English & Vietnamese)
Having at least 2 years&039; experience in water solution/purification.
