This position reports to Customer Service Manager (CSM), Fujifilm Business Innovation Vietnam
Work location: Innovation Vietnam- Hanoi Branch
Principle Responsibilities
• Provide timely post sale service support to customer follow by Fujifilm Business Innovation Vietnam standards
• Maintain service tool, van kit, technical documentation in top good condition
• Ensure product performance and service cost are followed by company target set instruction
• Information record and report to Service Manager in a timely manner
• Improve service skills and knowledge in terms of technology and product changes followed by CSM’s requirement
• Provide post sale service activities (installation, maintenance, repair…).
• Ensure customer satisfaction are achieved within his own Machine in Field (MIF) territory

Qualifications: (education background, experience and other basic requirements i.e computer, language)
• Bachelor/ College Degree of Technical University , Electrical or Electronic industry.
• Medium English skills (both writing and speaking skills)
• Competent in computer and some common office application software, analytial skill
• Logic, Responsibility & Honesty
• Experience in copier/printer/printing industry is an advantage
