Technical Services Engineer

• Be a Technical Resource Internally / Externally:

– Application & product recommendations
– After sales service (troubleshooting) for product processing and end user functionality
– Competitive product performance understanding /benchmarking
– Develop information for data sheets and other technical marketing collateral
– Engage with converters and end users as directed by marketing /sales personnel
– Direct technician on application based testing support, direct /Train AC’s

• Product Development / Scale Up Support

– Define market needs and translate into technical CTQ’s
– Support new product development scale up’s / ECR’s / Prototyping
– Provide field trial support / ensure products meet customer requirements

• Compliance

– Understanding compliance requirements and own response
– Understanding OEM specifications, define CTQ’s for products to comply
– Agency relationship and compliance project management

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Chemical, Printing, packaging or related field
– 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing capacity for industrial products
– Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
– Good supervisory & technical skill.
– English proficiency – effective communication skills, both written and oral
