The Job
As a Technical Architect at NFQ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our technical vision. You will work closely with multiple teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to design and deliver high- quality solutions that meet our clients&039; needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle;
To design, document, deliver innovative, cost- effective and efficient IT solutions for various type/size systems, and be fully aware of the integration, maintenance, and migration aspects;
To support recruitment in the company;
To mentor and train developers from different teams to enhance their technical skills.
To be the escalation point for technical issues of all technical issues in the project;
Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support;
Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to support the development process;
To support for pre- sales activities (technical proposal and estimation);

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
Excellent problem- solving and critical- thinking skills.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
English proficiency in both written and verbal.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies.
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or a similar role.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Big Bonus:

Experience with industry regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO...).
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and champion new technologies.
Experience leading the technical aspects of large- scale projects.
Proven success in implementing and optimizing service- oriented or microservices architectures.
