Role Overview
We are seeking a technically sharp and business- savvy Technical Solution Consultant to support our sales team in Vietnam. This is a client- facing role, responsible for understanding customer challenges, shaping solutions, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. If you have experience working with enterprise software in regulated industries and thrive in a fast- paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide input to the product roadmap and market feedback to the regional team
Serve as a technical point of contact during client onboarding and implementation phases.
Collaborate with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements
Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.
Participate in the full software implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, deployment, testing, and go- live.
Build and deliver compelling value propositions for ITSM, ITOM, DevSecOps, and automation platforms
Support proof- of- concepts (POCs), pilot implementations, and product evaluations
Conduct discovery workshops and technical deep- dives with IT and business stakeholders
Design solution architectures and tailor demos, presentations, and proposals to address specific customer needs
Configure system integrations, APIs, and third- party services.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed during software rollout.
Write and maintain technical documentation, including implementation plans and operational procedures.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance checklists
