Role Description
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Technical Specialist (ArchiCAD), you will be responsible for providing technical and expert support to our prospects and customers. You will play a key role in promoting and selling our software solutions by demonstrating your in- depth knowledge of industry standards, practices, and technologies. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market share.

Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects and broader implementation into the design workflows.
Prepare and deliver to prospects and clients training sessions, training videos, and manuals (on- site and off- site);
Create and maintain technical documentation (FAQs), how- to guides and videos and promotes documentation/videos, prepare and keep permanently updated a SOP on training to summarize all available knowledge;
Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager
Conduct software demonstrations and presentations.
Obtain full technical knowledge and become a proficient user of assigned software solution, review and study all available technical documents, training videos, workshops, and webinars.
Be active on social media, share all marketing and technical content actively and increase own followers continuously.
Collaborate actively with the BD and sales team to identify opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support and assist with sales presentations.
Research for any webinars related to assigned software solutions and attend webinars, prepare notes of highlights in new workflows and functionalities.
Develop training materials, videos, and webinars,

Structured working manor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail;
Excellent communication skill;
At least 3 years&039; experience in ArchiCAD;
A customer- centric attitude;
Good English: speaking, reading;
Being enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel nationally to visit potential/existing customers.;
Bachelor/ master&039;s degree in architecture/Civi Engineering, or related field;
Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently;
Strong problem- solving skills;
Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus;
