Technical Specialist - Infrastructure ( Bridge)

Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for a Technical Specialist- Infrastructure (Bridge). The Technical Specialist will be responsible for the day- to- day tasks associated with the installation, technical support, and customer service of the BIM solutions for infrastructure design, with a special focus on the Bridge solution.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in infrastructure project design.
Collaborate and exchange knowledge and expertise with the software development department at GSI Group;
Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects in software usage and broader implementation into the design workflows;
Assisting the Sales team on technical consult and presentations to prospects;
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (FAQs), how- to guides and videos and promotes documentation/videos;
Provide technical support for the software development team;
Prepare specialized software training programs/courses/documents (webinars, videos, etc.) and conduct the presentation to customers/external parties;

Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus;
Structured working manner, good analytical skills, and attention to detail;
Bachelor/ Master&039;s degree in Civil/Bridge Engineering, or related field;
Strong problem- solving skills;
Experience in RM Bridge or Midas or SAP2000, FE- Modeling (FEM) is a must;
A customer- centric attitude;
Ability to define, organize, and prioritize tasks independently.
Fluent communication skills in English;
At least 5 years experience in bridge design of local projects (SE- Asia)
